Dear Minneapolis Market Sponsors,

It has been another amazing month at the Minneapolis Market! Thanks to your generosity we have seen the market serve the hungry in and around the neighborhoods of Minneapolis.

In March, we have seen amazing things happen at the Market. First, the amount and variety of food that we are able to stock our shelves with has greatly increased in volumn and variety. Thanks to our food coordinator, Nikki, the members have a vareity of meats, dairy, grains, bakery goods, baby items, household items and much more to choose from. Members visit the market and leave with quality items that they have chosen from an extensive assortment of goods.

We have also witnessed generosity breeding generosity. At the market one night, two members decided to pool their remining points for the month to help another family with their food items. Another member inquired about volunteering at the Market since it has been such a blessing in her life. The way that God is using the Market goes way beyond what any of us can plan for, package or buy.

We currently have 231 members and will be opening the Market to new members for April. In March, we did not open the Market to any new members. As a leadership team, we needed to make sure that we were working within our budget for food, points and space. We are excited that we will be able to take new members again. There will be 29 new membership spots available thanks to our generous Upper Room sponsors.

I will be sending a follow up email to Upper Room Sponsors that will be activated in April. If your card was activated in March, you should have seen the deduction on March 5th and you will continue to see a payment on the 5th of each month for your 6 or 12 month sponsorship.
